Rural Sales Consultant
Ben comes to Glendale with over 10 years of building and marketing experience. Having originally worked as an installer with Glendale Homes in the early 1990’s, his ‘hands on’ experience in the industry in combination with his drafting ability provide an ideal link between the client and our production team.
Ben specializes in home dwellings for the Central and Western Queensland region and enjoys designing for the various climate zones throughout this part of the world. |

Innovation in building techniques and materials are high on his list of interests, as well as the ever present challenge of housing affordability in Australia.
Aside from enjoying spare time with his new son, Billy (born in May 2007), you’ll often find Ben working quietly on plans, ideas and challenges in order to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.

Pamela M. Strong
Granny Cabin and Coastal Housing Specialist
Pamela joined the Glendale Homes Team in 1998 as a dedicated Granny Cabin/Relatives Accommodation Consultant.
Pam is also responsible for the Coastal Housing section within Glendale, including housing for the Bay Islands.
She has developed a strong understanding of the market and can guide you through the Council Application process, design, development, and customisation. |

Kay L. Whitley
Sales Administrator and Decor Consultant
Kay has more than 23 year's experience with Glendale Homes and has graduated with Honours from the Beaumont School of Interior Decorating and Design.
She has an intimate understanding of the Glendale Design System and offers you personal expert advice to target both your living enjoyment and functionality of your Glendale Home. |

Kay has perfected the art of remote colour and decor selection and has access to the latest colours, finishes, and samples to assist in the personalisation of your new home.
Kay prepares your Glendale Home's specifications and acts as your main contact during the building process.

Christine Haydock
Interior Design / Colour Consultant
Christine completed a 2 year interior design course with Cooloola Institute of TAFE, graduating with Honours. She has been involved with the Design and Housing Industry for over 20 years.
Christine has been a Glendale Homes Team member for the last 2 years, specialising in kitchen and bathroom design as well as both interior and exterior co-ordination and CAD detailing.
She is consistently sourcing new products and keeping up with the latest technologies and trends to provide you with the best possible options and outcomes. |

Sharon Tomkinson
Sales Administration
Sharon has had 20 years of administrative experience and is responsible for the administrative process's involved when you purchase a new Glendale home. Sharon has been a proud team member since 2001.
Sharon is responsible for: - submission of Council Building Applications, completion of HIA Building Contracts, co-ordination of soil testing, issuing of mandatory contract insurances, preparation of final approval documents and providing you with all the required certification for your new home, co-ordination of warranty programs and liaising with our installation teams. |
