closing
of the “First Home Owner’s Grant” of $21,000 on 30 September 2009.
Disclaimer: Please consult your financial adviser/bank re: your
qualification for the First Home Owner’s Grant. You may also qualify if
you install on your parents’ property.
You can still try to secure
your opportunity to receive $21,000 towards your first home.
Glendale Homes can offer a contract, for construction in 2009, or we can
arrange construction of your new home prior to December 2010.
(Subject
to approval of The First Home Owner’s Grant and other terms and
conditions. Price rises may be necessary for deliveries in 2010).
This should give you additional time to obtain a better finance
package in the very competitive banking industry beyond 30 September
2009.
